By accessing or using MissingLink ("the Service"), operated at missinglink.build, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MissingLink provides prebuilt, optimized Python wheel packages for use with Google Colab and compatible GPU environments. The Service distributes compiled binary packages via authenticated download URLs and is available through subscription plans and one-time purchases.
When you purchase a subscription or product, you receive a unique authentication token via email. You are responsible for keeping your token confidential. You may not share, redistribute, sell, or publicly post your token. Each token is intended for use by a single individual. MissingLink reserves the right to revoke tokens that are found to be shared or misused.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Changes to pricing will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
One-time purchases (such as the Colab Survival Pack or individual wheel packages) grant perpetual access to the purchased items. "Perpetual" means for as long as MissingLink continues to operate and distribute the purchased packages.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products delivered, refunds are generally not issued. In exceptional circumstances — such as a verified technical defect that prevents use of the purchased packages entirely — we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund. Any such request must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Purchasing the Service constitutes acceptance of this no-refund policy.
You agree not to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
The prebuilt wheel packages distributed through MissingLink are compiled from open-source projects. Each package retains the license of its upstream source project. MissingLink does not claim ownership of the underlying open-source software. Our service, compilation process, distribution infrastructure, website, and branding are the intellectual property of MissingLink.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that packages will be compatible with all environments. While we target specific CUDA, PyTorch, and Python versions, compatibility is not guaranteed for every configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissingLink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Tokens may be subject to concurrent session limits. MissingLink uses a lease-based system where only one active session is permitted per token at a time. The most recent session takes priority, and previous sessions will be invalidated.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. Upon termination, your token will be revoked and you will lose access to package downloads.
For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
