• Email address — provided when you purchase a subscription, one-time product, or start a free trial. Used for account identification, token delivery, and essential service communications.

Information collected automatically

• Download logs — when you use your token to download wheel packages, we log the request for authentication, abuse prevention, and session management purposes. This includes your token identifier, the packages requested, timestamps, and IP address.
• Basic analytics — we may collect standard web analytics data such as page views, referral source, browser type, and device type to understand how people use our website. We do not use this data to build individual user profiles.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not store payment card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses — all payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
• We do not access, view, or collect any of your code, notebooks, models, or generated outputs.
• We do not track your activity within Google Colab or any other platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Delivering and authenticating access to wheel packages via your token
• Sending your authentication token and essential service communications via email
• Enforcing session limits and preventing token abuse
• Processing purchases and managing subscriptions through Stripe
• Responding to support requests
• Improving the service and fixing issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate MissingLink:

• Stripe — payment processing. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP addresses, headers) as part of serving and protecting our website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and token records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your email address for a reasonable period to handle resubscription, support requests, and to enforce trial eligibility. Download logs are retained for operational and security purposes and may be periodically purged.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Authentication tokens are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment credentials — that responsibility lies entirely with Stripe. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
